Great to meet you!

The only way through pain is through pain. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Consultant. I help my clients recognize their needs, their worth, and build hope and healing for their future.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice holistic care by developing self spiritually, physically, socially, and mentally.
