Great to meet you!

Maybe you've reached a point where you know something has to change, but you're not sure where to begin. Anxiety may be making everyday decisions feel overwhelming, ADHD leaves you feeling scattered, depression has taken away your motivation, or life simply doesn't feel like it's moving in the direction you want. You don't have to figure it all out on your own. I provide virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults throughout Texas, helping people navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, and men's issues while also supporting concerns like relationship challenges, stress management, grief, trauma, addiction, OCD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, family conflict, and life transitions that often become part of the same journey. My goal is to help you better understand what's keeping you stuck while building the confidence and practical tools needed to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should leave you feeling like you're making meaningful progress, not just talking about your problems. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences that have shaped where you are today while identifying practical strategies you can begin using in your everyday life. You may have come to therapy because anxiety, ADHD, depression, or challenges related to men's mental health have made it difficult to feel like yourself. Over time, those struggles can affect your relationships, confidence, motivation, work, or ability to cope with stress. For some people, they may also overlap with grief, trauma, addiction, OCD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, or family conflict. Rather than addressing each concern in isolation, we'll work together to understand how these experiences are connected so we can create meaningful, sustainable change. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you respond more flexibly to life's challenges, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to strengthen emotional regulation, Internal Family Systems informed approaches to better understand internal patterns, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process difficult experiences, Somatic techniques to reconnect with your body's responses, and Experiential Therapy when hands on approaches best support your growth.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. During our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's bringing you to therapy, identify the changes that matter most to you, and create goals that feel realistic, practical, and meaningful. As we continue working together, you'll have a space where you can be honest about what's working and what isn't, celebrate progress, adjust strategies when needed, and build skills that support lasting growth outside of therapy. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling more confident, more capable, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with resilience. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to help you take that next step.
