Great to meet you!

From the outside, it may look like you're holding everything together, but internally you're exhausted from constantly overthinking, managing anxiety, staying focused, or trying to meet everyone else's expectations. Maybe you're feeling burned out, navigating relationship challenges, or wondering why success hasn't brought the peace you expected. You don't have to keep carrying that weight alone. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, ADHD, depression, men's issues, and relationship concerns. I work with teenagers and adults because I believe meaningful change begins when you feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that fit your life. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment free environment where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you make meaningful progress both inside and outside of our sessions. Together we'll explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical strategies that help you create lasting change. My therapeutic approach incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I commonly help clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, grief and loss, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, trauma, PTSD, men's issues, relationship concerns, and major life transitions, always tailoring treatment to your goals, strengths, and personal experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a collaborative, supportive relationship where you feel comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing without fear of judgment. I'll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and accountability while helping you recognize your strengths and build practical skills that continue supporting you long after therapy ends. Whether you're looking to feel calmer, strengthen your relationships, better manage stress, or reconnect with the version of yourself that's been buried beneath life's demands, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling more confident, more resilient, and better prepared to move forward.
