Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA in Counseling, and I bring both professional expertise and compassionate care to the work I do with clients. My clinical experience includes supporting adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality functioning, and developmental disorders. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping clients identify unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior while building coping strategies and resilience. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals seeking to improve relationships, increase self-worth, and find greater purpose and fulfillment in life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. I lean toward behavioral therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), with an emphasis on problem-solving and trauma-informed care. By integrating these evidence-based approaches, I help clients gain insight into patterns of thinking and behavior, develop practical coping strategies, and build resilience. I also focus on supporting clients in strengthening relationships, increasing self-worth, and finding greater purpose and fulfillment. My ultimate goal is to empower each person with the tools and confidence to lead a healthier, more balanced, and meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, increased self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By using behavioral approaches such as CBT, DBT, and CPT, I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop problem-solving skills they can use in everyday life. Sessions are grounded in a trauma-informed, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges while building resilience, self-worth, and confidence. My hope is that each client walks away with not only strategies for managing symptoms, but also a greater sense of clarity, purpose, and empowerment to create meaningful change in their lives.
