Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you've begun your healing journey! I’m dedicated to helping people find an effective, hopeful and grounded path toward healing. As a certified EMDR therapist, also trained in somatic approaches and parts work, I support individuals in processing adverse experiences that can impact current life experiences. I bring curiosity, compassion, and steady presence into our work together, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome and trauma healing can happen. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you begin—or continue—your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. As a certified EMDR therapist with training in somatic and parts work, I help individuals process adverse experiences, including trauma and dissociation, that may be impacting their current lives. While our work is mindful and intentional, it can also be efficient, meaningful shifts may occur more quickly than expected. I pay close attention to the wisdom of the body and the different parts of each person that developed to cope and to survive. Together, we create space to understand your life narrative, build insight, and heal, so you can emerge more attuned to yourself and living as the fullest version of you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where we explore what brings you to therapy now, what feels most important to address, and any goals or hopes you have for our work together. I’ll start to gather personal information including experiences that may be contributing to current challenges, while moving at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

You can also expect an introduction to how I work so you have a clear sense of what your experience in therapy will be. If dissociation, trauma, or feeling “stuck” are part of your experience, we’ll begin by building stabilization and internal resources. Above all, the first session is about creating a foundation of safety, connection, and clarity so our work can be both meaningful and, at times, more efficient than you might expect.
