I endeavor to always lead with your strengths first, while also fostering an environment of open communication, radical acceptance, and enthusiastic affirmation inherent worth and dignity.

The space that I occupy in life and in work are very similar; my hope is to create a practice environment that is one of humor, openness, honesty, acceptance, and care.
