Great to meet you!

Whatever brought you here — anxiety that won't quiet down, the weight of a trauma you've been carrying, grief, a relationship that's struggling, or the emotional toll of a chronic illness — you don't have to work through it alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 19 years of experience in behavioral health. In that time I've walked alongside a lot of people through major life transitions, and my work centers on anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationships, ADHD, and the adjustment that comes with chronic health conditions. Nineteen years means very little you bring will surprise me, and nothing you share will be met with judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open-minded and affirming, and it starts from a simple belief: you are the expert in your own life. I'm not here to hand you a diagnosis and a plan — I'm here to support you through the transitions and challenges you're facing, at the pace that works for you. I'm trained in trauma-focused CBT and cognitive processing therapy, and I also draw on solution-focused work, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy. Whether you're processing something from the past or navigating something happening right now, the work flexes to fit you rather than the other way around.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, friendly environment and a genuine conversation — not a clinical interview. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been hardest lately, and what you'd like to feel differently, and I'll ask questions to understand the fuller picture around it. There's no pressure to share everything at once or to arrive with anything figured out. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what we'd work on together and how we'll approach it, and I hope you'll leave feeling genuinely heard.
