Great to meet you!
My journey into social work began at Casper College and the University of Wyoming, where I earned an Associate of Science in Psychology in 2004, a Bachelor of Social Work in 2006, and a Master of Social Work in 2007. My education included advanced clinical training in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as community intervention strategies, with a strong focus on mental health and human behavior.
After completing my education, I began my career working in a residential substance use treatment facility, where I developed a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion and practical support. Since then, I have had the privilege of serving as both a therapist and clinical supervisor for nonprofit organizations providing early intervention services, individual and family counseling, domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy, and substance use treatment.
I believe every person has the capacity for growth and healing when they feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients can build on their strengths, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
