Great to meet you!

I am a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist actively working in the field since 2019. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Palo Alto University. I work with a wide range of Clients and diagnoses dealing with topics around coping with life changes, anxiety/stress, depression, mood, relationships, sex, trauma, anger, and harm (to name a few).

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style involves creating a place to talk honestly about life, relationships, and all the things that come up as we navigate through it. Providing a safe place to create a community where you feel supported, validated, and seen. I utilize an integrative approach drawing from various modalities to meet the needs of each person in a different and unique way. You are the expert and by collaborating together we will figure out what you need to thrive.

What you can expect from me

My communication style is warm, inviting, and supportive. The first session can feel overwhelming (and sometimes scary). My goal is to make this easy and conversational. I want you to leave feeling empowered and excited to continue your therapeutic journey with me.
