Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, or struggling to navigate relationships, identity, or past experiences, you’re not alone. You might feel like you’re carrying more than you should have to, or questioning why things feel so heavy. I’m Michele, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I work with individuals across Florida, both in Delray Beach and virtually. With over 7 years of experience, I support clients through trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to begin making sense of your story.

I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, OCD, addiction recovery, Autism, borderline personality disorder, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, and relationship struggles. My work is rooted in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. I understand that every person’s story is different, and I’m passionate about helping clients feel seen, respected, and supported as they navigate both challenges and growth. Whether you’re working through something specific or trying to better understand yourself, we’ll tailor the process to fit your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but more importantly, I focus on how therapy feels for you. This is a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools that help you regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with yourself. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I work to make sure our sessions feel grounded, supportive, and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to begin. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. Over time, many clients begin to feel a sense of relief, clarity, and connection — both with themselves and others. You may start to notice patterns more clearly, feel more in control of your emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of your experiences. This is a space where real change happens, one step at a time.

You are not broken, you are becoming. Taking the step to begin therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. We can take this one step at a time.
