Great to meet you!

Your experience with me will always be grounded in compassion, honesty, and respect. I believe people grow when they feel heard and understood, so I work hard to create a space where you feel safe being yourself. I am collaborative and down-to-earth, and I will meet you exactly where you are while helping you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership. Using a mix of CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based tools, I help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and feel more in control of their lives. I focus on creating a nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges safely while learning skills that support long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you in, your goals, and what you hope to change or improve. We’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and begin shaping a plan that feels comfortable and manageable for you. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how we can work together and what therapy will look like moving forward.
