Great to meet you!

I work with adults at many stages of life—from young adults building independence to professionals, parents, caregivers, and those navigating retirement. Many come in feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions.

If you’ve been feeling stuck or not quite yourself, you’re not alone. People often seek therapy not because something is wrong, but because life feels heavy and they’re unsure what to do next. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and find support for what comes next.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and paced to meet you where you are. I focus on creating a space where you can show up as yourself and take things one step at a time. I work with stress, grief, life transitions, OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and trauma, helping clients build understanding, coping tools, and confidence along the way. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, and as a Southern California native now living on the East Coast, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to my work.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially if it’s your first time. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. The first session is straightforward and supportive, and many people feel lighter afterward simply because they finally said it outloud and talked things through with no judgment.
