Great to meet you!

Hello there!

Reaching out can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying a lot. My first priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move toward the life you want to live. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors, and I strive to bring authenticity, curiosity, and practical support to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. I believe meaningful change comes from a combination of insight, self-awareness, and actionable steps that can be applied outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Many clients tell me their first session felt easier than they expected. Our initial meeting is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to gain from the process. You'll have the opportunity to share your story at your own pace, ask questions, and begin building a foundation for our work together.
