I have a Ph.D. in Counseling. I received my Master's Degree at Wake Forest University and my Ph.D. at UNCG. I am a counseling professor and run a specialized private practice. I focus on high-achieving men and women who want to get their lives back into alignment and rediscover happiness, purpose and direction, and peace.

My approach to therapy

I have certifications in modalities such as cognitive and mindfulness therapies as well as integrative approaches to therapy, such as Internal Family Systems. Over twenty years of working with clients via therapeutic and coaching tools helps you progress toward your goals with focus and efficiency.
