Great to meet you!

I am a Texas board-certified therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling, and I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, including PTSD and complex PTSD related to childhood experiences. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), with advanced training in supporting individuals who have experienced single-incident trauma as well as chronic or developmental trauma. Prior to my work in counseling, I worked in medical laboratory science, where I gained firsthand exposure to the physical and emotional impact of trauma in healthcare settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates somatic and cognitive therapies, including Sensorimotor-informed techniques, to address how trauma impacts both the mind and body. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, postpartum challenges, and burnout, including those in caregiving or helping professions.

I am committed to providing a grounded, supportive space where clients can build practical skills for emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and move toward greater stability and overall functioning.

What you can expect from me

In our first Telehealth session, you’ll meet in the comfort of your own space and begin exploring what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain, moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Together, we’ll start practicing tools to help you feel grounded and safe in your body—skills you can continue using between sessions. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and leave with a clear sense of direction for our work together.
