Great to meet you!

Hi there, and welcome. My name is Michele, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I support folks through a variety of life challenges including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, terminal illness, grief, anger, chronic illness, and relationship stress.

I admire the strength we have within us, and I would be honored to sit with you in your journey. I am glad you're considering this next step of support for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

Together, we will discuss what brought you into therapy and begin to outline a plan to help address those challenges.

Our time together is meant to reduce the distress you're experiencing and improve your day-to-day life. My services are offered virtually so that you can get the support you need right from home. I am eager to support your well-being, so please do not hesitate to contact me for a free 15 minute consult.
