Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward better mental health is an act of courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care that honors your unique story, background, and lived experiences.

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I take the time to truly understand who you are — your strengths, your challenges, and your goals — so that together we can build a care plan that is meaningful and effective for your life. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of good outcomes, and I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

My approach to therapy

I have experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorders, trauma, anger management, stress, relationship challenges, women's issues, and chronic conditions. I also place particular emphasis on the role that cultural identity and life context play in mental health and wellness.

What you can expect from me

My clinical approach draws from Strength-Based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology — evidence-informed frameworks that focus on building resilience, fostering insight, and empowering sustainable change. I offer both medication management and individual therapy, and I work closely with each patient to determine the combination of services that best supports their needs and goals.

If you are ready to take that next step, I would be honored to be part of your journey toward greater well-being.
