Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been a school counselor for over 15 years. I specialize in working with college students, young adults, high school and middle school students. I deeply understand each developmental stage and look forward to walking next to you to become "your best self."

Each stage can be challenging to navigate both for the child/student and the parent. I would like to walk with you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

I have experience developing and implementing school academic plans for learning challenges, ADHD, executive functioning, divorce, grief, anxiety, school phobia, mood swings, hormonal changes, and other social and emotional challenges.

I use a solution-focused approach and provide a safe space to listen and guide students through life transitions (personal, family, or school), focus on increasing their self-esteem and productivity in school, and develop additional social and coping skills.

What you can expect from me

The transition to college or work can be challenging and I specialize in supporting you in life adjustments and transitions. I offer in-person and remote sessions and look forward to working with college students remotely as they adjust to the challenges of being away from home.

Additionally, I specialize in working with middle and high school students who are experiencing learning challenges, anxiety, ADHD, and social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
