Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is committed to helping clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, validated, and comfortable exploring your experiences at your own pace. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and have received training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working primarily with adolescents and young adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal difficulties. I often support individuals who find themselves prioritizing others’ needs at the expense of their own, helping them develop healthier boundaries, build self-awareness, and strengthen their sense of self.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I aim to both validate your experiences and gently encourage growth, offering guidance and insight while empowering you to make changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Here’s a more concise version:

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your background, and what you’d like to get out of the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences and help us begin identifying your goals. Together, we’ll start creating a direction for our work, with a focus on helping you feel heard, supported, and confident.
