Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with 10 years experience in crisis intervention and severe mental illness. My current practice focuses on individuals experiencing complicated grief, trauma, life-transitions, and co-morbid health & mental-health needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a democratic and collaborative approach to therapy. You are the expert of your experiences, but in times of crisis we can be too keenly attuned to our own survival that we miss important details. I offer a guiding light for areas we can be blinded to in our frenzy to achieve quick balance during periods of crisis. I specialize in complicated grief, trauma, life-transitions, and co-morbid health & mental-health needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Trauma happens to all of us throughout our lives in varying degrees. Sometimes we need additional support to help us work through it to return to a steady state. If you are seeking a warm and nonjudgemental guide to help you find your light and achieve meaningful balance in your life whether as a result of grief, trauma, or health issues, I can help chaperone you there.
