Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying everything on your own? Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can provide the support and direction you need to move forward.

Michele works with teens (13+) and adults throughout Texas, helping clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. She believes therapy should feel like a genuine partnership, one where you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method interventions for couples, Michele tailors treatment to your unique needs and goals. Her style is warm, collaborative, and practical, focusing not only on insight but also on helping you make real progress in your daily life.

Whether you're navigating a difficult season, processing a loss, managing persistent worry, or hoping to strengthen your relationship, Michele is committed to helping you find clarity, confidence, and hope.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're ready for support, Michele would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand the challenges you're facing, identify your strengths, and develop tools that help you move forward with confidence.

I recognize that no two people have the same story, which is why I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and feel comfortable exploring what matters most.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method interventions for couples. Together, we'll focus on understanding unhelpful patterns, building healthy coping skills, improving relationships, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can take a deep breath, feel supported, and know that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is to help you leave each session with greater clarity, hope, and confidence in your ability to move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it's completely normal to feel nervous or uncertain about what to expect. My goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, welcoming, and free of judgment.

During our first meeting, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals so I can gain a better understanding of your unique experiences and what you hope to achieve.

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. The first session is not about having all the answers. It's about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Together, we'll begin identifying the challenges you'd like to work on and develop a plan tailored to your needs and goals. By the end of our session, my hope is that you'll leave feeling more hopeful, more understood, and confident that you have a partner to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Think of the first session as the beginning of a conversation, not a test. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, connected, and empowered as we take the first steps forward together.
