Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome!

Life can be like a constant revolving door and just when you catch your breathe there is another door to go through. The decision to come to therapy is big decision and you want to know that you are heard, respected, treated as a individual and not defined by your disease, situation or disorder. Well you are in the right place! My therapy is a ministry of love, empathy and evidenced based approaches that can change your life. I would be so honored to take that journey with you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is simple, I beat you to the side of the desk first! You know more about you then you think. Therapy is ALWAYS a collaboration. Please feel free to bring in your thoughts and ideas as well. I am like the bumpers on a lane at the bowling alley. I am here to guide you a long so you can make a STRIKE and gain more insight and overall a better quality of life. You are always one step away from the life you want to live.
