When working with individuals and families I believe that there are the things that happen to us, and then also how we respond to those things-being able to work on both is often necessary in order to address what we want to change in life.
I earned my B.A. from the University of Colorado in 2005, and my certification in addiction counseling 2007. My M.A. was learned at the University of Northern Colorado in 2011.
I truly believe that there is no one size fits all, and that each individual needs an approach that is tailored to them in order to reach their goals.
I want to be able to meet a client where they are at, and to help to formulate a treatment plan that will help them to find the improvements that they want in their own lives!
