My approach to therapy

My expertise focuses on trauma, substance abuse, suicide risk, child and adolescent social and emotional issues, and grief and loss. I have worked as a Professional School Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor utilizing a trauma-informed lens. You are not defined by your struggles, and I believe in your potential to live a fulfilling life.
