I am the Clinical Director at a small group practice, Rivas Psychotherapy. I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have a PhD in Counseling and Counselor Supervision. We work with clients in English and Spanish to join them in their healing from different traumatic life experiences and developmental transitions that represent challenge, growth, pain, and resilience. At Rivas Psychotherapy we believe people have the inner potential to heal, learn, and grow.

We primarily operate from a trauma-informed CBT and person-centered approach, we work with individuals, couples, and families who are aiming to heal and reach psychological wellness.
