Hello, my name is Michele and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I love working with individuals who have been affected by mental illness or just the everyday stressors and strains of life. I have worked with clients struggling with chemical and behavioral addictions, depression, multiple anxiety disorders, and ongoing difficulties due to past traumatic experiences and life stressors.

My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and goal oriented. Let me help you to make meaning in your life and recover from what can feel life a dark and daunting existence. I take a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on mindfulness, attachment theory, family systems, CBT as well as DBT.
