Great to meet you!

You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life change, therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.

I’m here to walk with you—offering a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can start building the life you want.

With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping adults heal from past wounds, understand their emotions, and shift patterns that no longer serve them. I’m also trained in EMDR, a therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so you can feel more at ease in the present.

My approach to therapy

I’m trained in EMDR, a therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so you can feel more at ease in the present. I am also pull from other modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed approaches.
