Great to meet you!

My name is Michele. I have been providing counseling for over 30 years in various capacities: private practice, hospital inpatient, IOP, substance abuse treatment, school settings as a LMFT and school counselor. Although I work with any age, I work closely with individuals and families exploring emotional and behavioral concerns at home and school related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach depends on the individual’s needs. If you’ve never had therapy before we can work together to figure out what you’re here for together if you’re not sure. If you’ve had therapy and looking for a different approach or perspective we can explore that too.

What you can expect from me

I can assist you in becoming focused on what you’re looking for or needing to change. Or, simply be a supportive environment to receive feedback and clarification with life issues.
