Great to meet you!

Greetings and I thank you for reading my bio. I'm a native of upstate New York. Growing up I was always fascinated by the resiliency of people. Due to personal setbacks in my own life, I was driven to pursue a career in behavioral health. I obtained my masters degree in social work at Syracuse University.

I am well versed in treating many populations in our community. I have provided therapeutic services to soldiers, inmates, youth and adults. In addition to the traditional therapeutic modalities below, I introduce mindfulness and meditation to your sessions.

My approach to therapy

I believe for therapy to be effective there should be clear communication and expectations. I provide a safe and empathetic listening presence free from judgement and discrimination. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal with the appropriate support person. I look forward to joining you on your therapeutic journey to wellness.
