Welcome. I'm Michele Spencer, and I believe healing begins with being truly heard. Life can be overwhelming and you don’t have to face it alone whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck I provide a compassionate nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can begin.

My approach to therapy

As a Christian counselor, I offer faith based counseling for those who desire it while respecting each client’s personal beliefs and comfort level. My approach is rooted in grace, empathy and evidence space, therapeutic practices, helping clients discover Hope resilience and lasting change. I enjoy working with children, adolescence, adults. and Couples.

Together will identify the obstacle in your way build on strengths and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.
