Great to meet you!

I bring bring warmth, compassion and curiosity to my work, with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships where you will feel heard, understood and respected. I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship and life transitions and periods of feeling stuck.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in EMDRIA approved EMDR and I have completed training in MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I believe that therapy is not about the approach but about the connection. I pull from many modalities with a varied approach that incorporates tenets of mindfulness, somatic / bodily sensations, CBT, DBT to name a few.

What you can expect from me

You will come away from our sessions feeling heard, accepted and motivated.
