Great to meet you!

My name is Michelle, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has a strong passion to connect and be a support for my clients as they go through this process of change. My areas of concentration are relationships, women issues, anxiety and more. I help individuals, couples, and families find that happy, healthy, hopeful life that they are in search of. I provide a safe and supportive space to heal what has been hurt and create an environment to thrive through meaningful connection.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I support each client by mindfully being aware of their cultural context while deeply listening to their individual experiences. I primarily use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), and SF (solution focused therapy) to help my clients understand and deeply witness their internal world.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel heard, regarded, and supported as you navigate life’s issues. I offer practical coping skills and strategies to help overcome barriers and challenges.
