Great to meet you!

I've been a licensed therapist for over 17 years and worked in behavioral health for over 25 years. I am experienced helping adults move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, support, and stability. Whether you are navigating loss, uncertainty, burnout, relationship strain, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to reconnect with what matters most, rediscover purpose, strengthen resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical, using warmth, compassion, and humor. I integrate basic theoretical orientation from Person Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused practices.

What you can expect from me

I believe the relationship between a therapist and person is fundamental to the healing and growth process. Together, we will explore the patterns, pressures, and circumstances shaping your life while identifying realistic steps that support healing, clarity, growth, and a greater sense of alignment with the life you want to build.
