Great to meet you!

Whether it is dealing with a long-time childhood experience or a current life situation, I am here to collaborate and support you to achieve wellness and wholeness. I help children, adults, and families manage chronic and transient stressful life situations. I find satisfaction when my clients apply the techniques learned in sessions to overcome depression, anxiety, psychological trauma/PTSD, fears, low self-confidence, grief, loss, and/or relationship and family issues.

My approach to therapy

When supporting clients through healing, I strongly believe in early intervention and promote the use of client-centered, non-judgmental, culturally-relevant, expressive arts, and strength-based techniques. I focus on the connection of the mind, body, and spirit to help clients grow, regain control, and increase insight into their situation. I am a Registered Play Therapist, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Trained Infant Mental Health Therapist, and Certified Grief Counselor.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a major investment. Thus, I am committed to working with you and utilizing proven professional skills and tools to help you heal and grow towards greater health and wellness.
