Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of your story, and reconnect to yourself, others, and what matters most. I support adults and couples seeking deeper connection in their relationships and lives. Many of my clients appear strong and capable on the outside while struggling with anxiety, self doubt, grief, addiction, difficult family dynamics, or experiences, you'll be met with openness, curiosity, and respect. Together, we'll begin with your story and build a path forward.

My approach to therapy

I have a special passion for helping women rebuild self-trust, self-worth, and confidence, and helping couples strengthen communication, repair trust, and deepen connection. Drawing from the Gottman Method (Level 3), Internal Family Therapy (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, Attachment Theory, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you'll leave therapy more connected-to yourself, your relationships, and your life. Healing doesn't happen by becoming someone new-it happens by learning to embrace every part of who you already are. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
