Great to meet you!

I have over 16 years of experience helping adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood disturbance, emotion dysregulation, relational issues and adjustment to acute life stressors. I have particularly focused working with adults who have experienced trauma. My approach to therapy uses components of IFS, CBT, psychodynamic and mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

I am looking to help people gain insight into why they may respond to themselves, the world and relationships around them in the way they do, why they are feeling the way they feel. To help people create a narrative that is strength based and adaptive, to find hope. I hope to help clients start to feel like they have more control of their conscious mind, to step out of living life on autopilot and to find connection to your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

I will join with you to help you understand your core belief systems, to understand the lens in which you filter the world, relationships and experiences. To start to experience increased control by understanding and learning to regulate your nervous system.

To start to tap into your innate ability to heal and thrive, to find resources even in the context of great suffering.
