Hey, I'm Michelle and I'm here to collaborate with you to find the best way for you to move forward in your life, feeling more empowered and getting the peace you so greatly deserve. I graduated with my Masters in Counseling from Lindenwood University and combine that with my yoga background for a mindful, wellness approach to therapy. I use an eclectic modality that combines EMDR, ACT, Gestalt, CBT, and more to fit your needs. I work with people who suffer from trauma, especially from narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and more.
