Great to meet you!

The journey of life has many wonderful times as well as challenging. As a Certified Oncology Social Worker, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through the cancer journey. I provide compassionate support to help find meaning, navigate difficult emotions, and develop healthy ways to cope. I support parents and caregivers raising children with complex medical conditions and developmental disabilities. These experiences can bring unique stressors, responsibilities, and emotional demands. Individual counseling allows space to take care of your needs as a parent and caregiver.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supported by mindfulness practices and tailored to your individual needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Washington State and Montana with over 25 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities and medical social work, including 12 years with DDA and over 10 years in pediatric hospitals and clinics.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to gain insight into thoughts, feelings and behaviors of life's daily stressors and develop a plan focused on maximizing resources and increasing coping skills.
