Great to meet you!

Hi! Thank you for stopping by my profile.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with 13 years of experience working with couples and individuals. I am committed to helping couples connect through understanding and grace, and helping individuals process grief, trauma and relational issues.

I graduated in 2012 from Richmond Graduate University with a specialization on Complex Trauma and Attachment disorders from the Justice Research Institute in Boston, MA.

I have worked in the hospital, residential and outpatient settings. I have been in private practice since 2012.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on empowering individuals through processing their stories, gaining a better understanding of self, and having a deeper appreciation and love for who they are.

I believe in the therapeutic relationship as a means for growth and healing. My goal s to create a safe space for people to feel confident in learning about themselves, and going into the world more confidently and comfortably.

I love what I do, and I am honored to be a part of the journey with my clients. Seeking therapy is the bravest thing someone can do, and I am humbled to join alongside couples and individuals.

I’m passionate about adolescents, and helping people navigate that difficult space. I am passionate about marriages, and working together to create trust and deeper connection in those relationships. And I am passionate about helping people heal from childhood traumas.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect a warm environment and a curiosity. I use humor when appropriate, and try to provide a space of calm, peace and growth. I am collaborative, and encourage my clients to lead the way.
