Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 14 years, I have found that every person possesses the ability to change. I graduated with my masters degree from Loyola University Chicago where I specialized in working with older adults. I have since expanded my expertise to include all ages of adults who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, or difficult life changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person centered combined with evidence based practices. I provide a welcoming and safe space for my clients to feel comfortable in expressing their struggles. We take the healing journey together and I am with you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will listen to your unique story and what you would like to work on in therapy. You can expect empathy, compassion, and warmth from me while I actively listen to your concerns. Congratulations on taking that first step toward improving your mental well being!
