Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years. I work with kids, teenagers, families, adults, and couples. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, communication issues, life changing events, and boundary issues.

My approach to therapy

You participate in setting the goals you want and I can help you learn skills to make the changes and improvements in your life. I offer a safe setting where all thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement. I help clients develop a variety of healthier skills to use in everyday life. I help families and couples understand each other's perspectives and feelings. I want to help you explore the root of your issues so they don't keep reoccurring.

What you can expect from me

You will feel heard and understood during our sessions. I will help you identify reasons you are having difficulty and teach you new skills to use to make the changes you want to make. You will learn new skills that you can use in your every day life. I help you become the best you.
