Great to meet you!

If you've been feeling stuck, repeating patterns you can't seem to break, or just emotionally drained, you're in the right place. I've spent over a decade helping adults move through anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and more. I believe therapy should feel real, not clinical. If you don't mind a bit of honesty and the occasional laugh, I'd love to connect. I'm Michelle — a licensed therapist based in Los Angeles offering warm, practical support via telehealth across California.

My approach to therapy

I help you get clear on what matters to you, and why it can feel so hard to live in alignment with those values. In our work, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build tools to help you move toward the life you actually want. I draw from approaches including CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy.

What you can expect from me

Many clients leave the first few sessions feeling more clear, grounded, and better able to understand what’s been keeping them stuck. In our first session, we’ll focus on what’s bringing you to therapy right now and what you want to be different.

From there, we’ll identify meaningful goals and begin mapping practical steps toward them. Our early work is collaborative and supportive, with attention to both immediate concerns and the deeper patterns shaping your experience.
