Great to meet you!

I bring more than 20 years of experience as a psychologist, along with a warm, culturally responsive approach. As an Afro-Caribbean woman, I value the role culture and lived experience can play in therapy. I want clients to feel comfortable being honest, heard without judgment, and able to bring their whole selves into the room.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, better understand what may be contributing to your concerns, and develop practical ways of coping and moving forward. I take into account your culture, relationships, life experiences, and the many roles you carry.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you.
