Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or the stress of navigating life transitions? You don't have to figure it all out on your own. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and break free from patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My approach combines compassion with honest, direct feedback to support meaningful growth and lasting change. If you're ready to better understand yourself and take steps toward a more fulfilling life, I'd be happy to support you on that journey.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and collaborative relationship grounded in authenticity and trust. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed CBT approaches. My style balances compassion with directness, offering honest feedback and practical strategies to help you challenge unhelpful patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and understood while also feeling empowered to step outside your comfort zone and grow.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll begin getting to know one another while I gain a better understanding of the concerns that bring you to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and authentically. We’ll begin exploring your goals, discussing what you hope to gain from therapy, and making space for any questions you may have. Building trust and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship are important parts of the process, and we’ll continue developing that foundation as we work together.
