Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified licensed clinical psychologist who helps people understand what’s actually driving what they’re experiencing—and what to do about it. My background includes working within a large, complex healthcare system, where I’ve supported individuals across a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and more complex mental health conditions. That experience allows me to work comfortably with both straightforward and more layered challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both structured and collaborative. I will listen closely, but I’m also actively thinking with you—identifying patterns, offering perspective, and helping you connect experiences in a way that leads to meaningful change. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating patterns they can’t quite make sense of. One of the first things I focus on is helping you see the full picture clearly. I place a strong emphasis on education and insight—not in a clinical or overwhelming way, but in a way that helps things finally click.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on understanding you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you want to be different.

I will ask thoughtful, targeted questions to get a clear picture of your experiences, patterns, and goals. This is not a passive conversation. I am actively listening, but also helping organize what may feel overwhelming into something more understandable and workable.

You can expect:

  • A structured but natural conversation
  • Space to share at your own pace
  • Direct, respectful questions that help us get to what matters
  • Initial feedback and impressions—not just note-taking

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel:

  • Understood
  • Clearer about what’s going on
  • And confident about a plan for moving forward
