Great to meet you!

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes the challenges we face—whether it’s the stress of being a new parent, navigating a difficult relationship, managing trauma, or dealing with anxiety and depression—can feel insurmountable. I believe that every person has inherent strengths that can be harnessed to create positive change. In our work together, we will explore your unique needs and build practical, personalized tools that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

With over 20 years of experience in diverse behavioral health settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to help you navigate challenges. I specialize in maternal mental health, trauma, women's issues, relational issues, family conflict, substance use concerns, anxiety, and work or career-related stress.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert on you and I am here to help guide you. My theoretical approach is relational in that I believe that our relationships with others and our world shape our perspectives and well-being. I also believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is important to your growth and progress in therapy and outside of therapy. I utilize EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT and a variety of other techniques depending on your needs to help you accomplish your therapy goals and to heal.

What you can expect from me

I’m here to help you heal, find balance, and reclaim your well-being. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. You’ll have a safe space to express yourself, feel heard, and receive the feedback you need to move forward with clarity and purpose. Please reach out for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
