Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Michelle. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, parenting challenges, school stress, or major life transitions. You do not have to navigate it alone! I provide a warm, supportive, and welcoming space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change and self-understanding. Together, we will work to build healthy coping skills, improve emotional wellness, strengthen relationships, and help you feel more confident in managing life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients ages 10 and older, teens, adults, and families. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, including Strength Based, Person Centered and Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) approaches. I offer individual, family, and parent-child therapy and tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, but it can also be the beginning of positive change. I believe therapy should feel encouraging and practical. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you in the process.
