Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. I have more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and substance use concerns. Many people worry they'll be judged or won't know what to say in therapy and my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered. I believe everyone deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and hope, no matter where you are in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Together, we'll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. I tailor treatment to each individual using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to accomplish. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I will guide the conversation at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that supports your goals and helps you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
