Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I have struggled with life demands and the fear of asking for help. My own self-defeating thoughts & my internal fight to succeed has led me to become the therapist I am today. We all have thoughts and beliefs that get in our way. I help you identify and change the self-defeating thoughts that keep you from reaching your full potential.

My approach to therapy

So many clients want to change, they are just not sure how to take that first step. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained to help with a range of issues. I work with individuals, families and couples. I have worked in a juvenile detention center working with teens and their families. My specialities are trauma, EMDR, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBT issues, grief, parenting and marital issues.

What you can expect from me

I know that being able to restructure your thoughts and set appropriate boundaries on others will free you from the feeling of failure and alleviate mood symptoms. I am here to tell you that our own personal struggles are what gets in the way of most people’s ability to elevate. Thoughts that were learned well before we knew they were unhealthy. I will help you integrate meditation and changing thought patterns into your life to purposely improve your behavior and thought process.
