My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and the Unified Protocol, which support emotional awareness and resilience across a range of concerns. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where we uncover your strengths and build practical tools to help you move forward. I view life as a journey filled with both obstacles and opportunities, and I’m here to support you in navigating that path with insight, compassion, and clarity.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you have an opportunity to build emotional insight, develop practical coping tools, and strengthen motivation for change. Through this work, you will gain a clearer understanding of your emotional patterns, learn strategies to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, and identify values-driven goals. Sessions are designed to foster self-compassion, resilience, and confidence in making intentional choices. Clients often leave feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to take meaningful, actionable steps.
