Great to meet you!

I’m Michelle, a licensed clinical social worker and Christian counselor committed to helping individuals find healing, clarity, and renewed hope. I hold a master's degree in social work and specialize in helping clients with trauma recovery, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, spiritual hurts, relational conflicts, and seasons of overwhelming change.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence‐based therapies with Christian principles while walking alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges offering them a safe space where faith and healing can grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating a welcoming space where you can share your story at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll ask about what brought you in, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy so I can understand your needs fully. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals, so you have a clear sense of direction and support. I’ll explain my trauma‐informed, strengths‐based, and faith‐integrated approach and answer any questions you may have, with the aim of helping you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
